How often will I get a Bright & Lively Box?
Our boxes ship every month on the 15th.

Can I send a box as a gift?
Of course - How lucky to have a friend like you! Enter your friend’s delivery name and address during the checkout process. You even have the option to include a special printed note by including a greeting in the info box.

What if I’m going on vacation or need to pause my subscription?
Stuff happens! If you need to pause a pre-paid subscription just make sure we know by the 1st of that month so we can skip the upcoming shipment. Your subscription would then continue, as usual, the following month.

What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any subscription box or subscription box products purchased. If there is an item that is missing or damaged please contact us at info@brightlively.com and we will do everything possible to make it right!
